Finding the cosmos in chaos, ones own order is an art of its own. Time to turn it out - TIDY UP!
Marie Kondo promises the end of the chaos with her Konmari method: just keep those things in your live which bring joy, and get rid of those which weigh you down. Sounds quite reasonable, right?
No doubt we live in a complex world but we seem to choose ourselves the degree of complexity. We can be satisfied with the simplest structures, or dive deep into the various threads of reality with pleasure.
„CB“ consisting of Cornel Hecht and Behnam Moghaddam is a musical union of duality. Their music combines the principle of order, of clearance with the principle of chaos, of the essential.
"Every order is based on chaos, as is any light on the darkness, every sound on the silence," declares Behnam.
"What is acoustic chaos? Noise! To filter out the harmonious tones and sounds from the audio primordial soup and to assemble them into musical pieces is the art" adds Cornel.
Thus, Cornel and Behnam sort out clear words, cultivate musical chaos to a fertile soil for beautiful harmonious flowers. The results are holistic synergies of electro and acoustics, analog and digital, emotions and thoughts, chaos and cosmos. This is also reflected in the latest music clip for their just released song called "tidy up". As is all their work, the video is originated in collaboration. This is audible, visible, tangible.
Time for some latitude and open space, time for clearance.
Time to TIDY UP!
